The Khan al-Khalili Bazaar

Spend hours wandering the famous Khan al-Khalili Bazaar - the largest souk in the world! Shop 'till you drop', and then have a shy (tea) at Fishawi's Coffeehouse - its been open 24/7 for 200 years! The Khan al-Khalili dates back to 1382 when Djaharks el-Khalili established a caravan terminus on the site. Today its bustling alleyways are crowded with shoppers and shops selling all manner of goods and souvenirs.
